Welcome to EMS BOX, a service that provides Electrical Muscle Stimulation (EMS) group classes in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. By using our website, mobile application, or attending our classes, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions

Acceptance of Terms

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our services, whether accessed via our website, mobile application, or physical locations. Please read these Terms carefully.

Changes to Terms

EMS BOX reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time, and you agree to be bound by such modifications or updates.

Use of Service

Users must be at least 18 years old to participate in any EMS BOX services. Individuals between the ages of 16-18 may participate with the consent of a guardian

Registration and Accounts

Users may be required to register an account to use certain features of our service. You agree to keep your login information secure and notify us of any unauthorized use of your account

Bookings and Walk-ins

Bookings can be made online through our website or mobile application. Walk-ins are also welcome. Customers with bookings will be given priority over walk-ins. Each class is 20 minutes and may accommodate up to 8 people.

Pricing and Payments

Payments can be made online or at our physical locations. The Discovery Session is priced at 199 SAR and is non-refundable

Refund Policy

To be eligible for a refund, you must request it within 48 hours from the moment of payment. If this time has passed, no refunds will be granted.

Freezing Policy

For 4-month packages: You have the option to freeze your account for 14 days one time at a freezing fee of 250 SAR.

For 8-month packages: You have the option to freeze your account for 31 days, up to two times, each at a freezing fee of 250 SAR.

For 12-month packages: You have the option to freeze your account for 40 days, up to two times, free of charge.

For Family packages: Each person has the option to freeze their account one time for 14 days at a freezing fee of 250 SAR per person.

For all other packages: Freezing is not possible.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the class. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the class fee.

Health Disclaimer

You should consult a medical professional before beginning any exercise program, including EMS BOX services. You understand that there are inherent risks involved in any exercise program and agree to assume those risks.

Limitation of Liability

EMS BOX will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

Animal Policy

We do not allow animals in our premises.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising out of or in relation to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Saudi Arabia.
