بزيارة متجر اي ام اس بوكس أو تقديم طلب شراء، فإنك توافق على الالتزام بشروط الخدمة هذه وبجميع القوانين واللوائح المعمول بها في المملكة العربية السعودية. إذا كنت لا توافق على أي من هذه الشروط، يرجى الامتناع عن استخدام متجرنا.

By visiting the EMS Box store or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please refrain from using our store.

تبيع اي ام اس بوكس جهاز ماجيك بوكس لتدريب اي ام اس المنزلي بسعر ٦٤٩٩ ريال سعودي. أوصاف المنتجات دقيقة بقدر علمنا وصور المنتجات للتوضيح فحسب. نحتفظ بالحق في:

EMS Box sells the Magic Box Home EMS Training System at SAR 6,499. Product descriptions are accurate to the best of our knowledge and product images are for illustration purposes. We reserve the right to:

• تعديل مواصفات المنتج أو تصميمه دون إشعار مسبق
• إيقاف توفر أي منتج في أي وقت
• تحديد الكميات المتاحة للشراء

• Modify product specifications or design without prior notice
• Discontinue any product availability at any time
• Limit quantities available for purchase

جميع الأسعار معروضة بالريال السعودي (ريال) وتشمل ضريبة القيمة المضافة عند الاقتضاء. يُعتبر طلبك مؤكداً عند استلامك رسالة تأكيد الطلب عبر البريد الإلكتروني. تحتفظ اي ام اس بوكس بالحق في إلغاء الطلبات في الحالات التالية:

All prices are displayed in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and include VAT where applicable. Your order is confirmed upon receipt of an order confirmation email. EMS Box reserves the right to cancel orders in the following cases:

• أخطاء في عرض السعر
• عدم توفر المنتج في المخزون
• الاشتباه في حالات الاحتيال

• Pricing display errors
• Product stock unavailability
• Suspected cases of fraud

في حال إلغاء طلب تم دفعه، ستُسترد المبالغ المدفوعة كاملةً إلى طريقة الدفع الأصلية.

If a paid order is cancelled, the full amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method.

باختيار تمارا أو تابي، فإنك تقبل شروطهما وأحكامهما الخاصة بشكل مباشر معهما. يجب إتمام الدفع قبل بدء معالجة طلبك وشحنه.

By choosing Tamara or Tabby, you accept their respective terms and conditions directly with them. Payment must be completed before your order is processed and shipped.

يأتي جهاز ماجيك بوكس مع الضمانات التالية:

The Magic Box device comes with the following warranties:

• الجهاز: ضمان 12 شهراً من تاريخ التسليم ضد عيوب التصنيع
• الأجزاء التقنية للبدلة: ضمان شهر واحد من تاريخ التسليم

• Device: 12-month warranty from delivery date against manufacturing defects
• Suit technical parts: 1-month warranty from delivery date

لا يشمل الضمان الأضرار الناجمة عن سوء الاستخدام، أو التعديلات غير المصرح بها، أو الحوادث، أو التآكل الطبيعي. للاستفادة من الضمان، يرجى الاطلاع على سياسة الاسترجاع.

Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, unauthorized modifications, accidents, or normal wear and tear. To make a warranty claim, please refer to our Refund Policy.

يشمل شراء جهاز ماجيك بوكس الوصول إلى تطبيق اي ام اس بوكس و١٤ برنامج تدريبي دون أي رسوم شهرية أو اشتراك إضافي — وصول مدى الحياة. قد تُضاف ميزات جديدة إلى التطبيق بمرور الوقت. لا نضمن توافر برامج أو ميزات بعينها بشكل دائم نتيجة تحديثات التطبيق.

Purchasing the Magic Box device includes access to the EMS Box app and 14 training programs with no monthly fees or additional subscription — lifetime access. New features may be added to the app over time. We do not guarantee the permanent availability of specific programs or features as a result of app updates.

لا تتحمل اي ام اس بوكس أي مسؤولية عن الأضرار غير المباشرة أو العرضية أو التبعية الناجمة عن استخدام منتجاتنا أو عدم القدرة على استخدامها. تقتصر مسؤوليتنا القصوى في جميع الأحوال على سعر شراء المنتج. يُنصح باستشارة طبيب قبل البدء في أي برنامج تمرين، بما في ذلك برامج اي ام اس.

EMS Box is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Our maximum liability in all circumstances is limited to the purchase price of the product. It is advisable to consult a physician before starting any exercise program, including EMS training.

تخضع هذه الشروط وتُفسَّر وفقاً لقوانين المملكة العربية السعودية. يتم حل أي نزاعات تنشأ عن أو تتعلق بهذه الشروط أو باستخدامك للمتجر في المحاكم المختصة بالمملكة العربية السعودية.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the store shall be resolved in the competent courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
